Refund policy

Returns can be done but only within 3 days from the date of order. No return will be accepted after 3 days time. The full amount will be refunded to you but you need to keep the product and the packaging intact otherwise refund will not be initiated. Refund will be done once we receive and check the product on our end.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited with in 4- 5 business days

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you want to cancel the order after placing the order and giving the shipping address, then kindly call us directly at +91 90516 44061 OR drop an e-mail at team@padmaindia.com with the order I.D. within 3 hours of placing your order. We will do the needful.

If the product is already with the courier company and ready to be delivered, then cancellation cannot be initiated.
